HoTo is a quick-delivery app for building materials and hardware. You order cement, electricals, plumbing, paints, plywood, tiles, sanitaryware, tools and more from your phone, and the nearest HoTo store delivers them to your address.
Where does HoTo deliver?
HoTo delivers within its serviceable areas. When you save your address, the app matches it to the nearest HoTo store; product availability, pricing and delivery times can vary by location.
How do I sign in?
Just enter your mobile number and verify it with the one-time password (OTP) we send by SMS. There is no password to create.
How can I pay?
You can pay online through RBI-authorised payment gateways or, where available, choose cash on delivery. All charges — including any delivery or unloading charges — are shown at checkout before you confirm.
What is the unloading helper?
At checkout, stores that offer it show “Need help with unloading?”. Add it and a helper unloads your order and keeps it at the designated place on ground level. The charge is shown in your bill before you pay.
Can I track or cancel my order?
Yes. The app shows your order's live status from placed to delivered. You can cancel free of charge from the order details screen before the order is packed or dispatched.
